Work Remotely, Away From The Office
Need to get out and about but still be able to work as though you were sitting at your desk? We have solutions that will enable ALL your applications to be used remotely, be it iPad, Laptop, or any other device that has an internet connection. Create invoices, update documents, check your email. It's all possible.

Solutions for MYOB, Quickbooks, & Other Applications
Typically MYOB (inc AO), Quickbooks (and others) run slow when 2 or more people connect to the same shared data file. Not only that, they start misbehaving. If you have a large file it becomes even more unreliable.

We can set these applications, or any other 'data' type programs to run perfectly in multi-user mode, even with 5, 10, or more concurrent sessions. We can even set it up so you can continue working away from the office. Hands up all the accountants that forget what home looks like at tax time.

The Cloud
This is the buzz word of the decade. What is it and what does it mean? The Cloud is just a term used to define where you data and/or applications are installed and accessed from. This simply means that those applications are installed and configured on a Server somewhere on the internet (the cloud), thereby enabling all staff to have access from any location.

The benefit of this is that you may not need to invest in the substantial cost of purchasing and setting up a server in your office to share your data and applications. Also the computers on your desks will not need not to be as powerful, and will not need updating as often.

Having your applications in the Cloud also enables you to consolidate your software license purchases where you won't need the added cost of a license for each PC. Rather you buy 'x' amount of licenses that will fulfill the 'average' number of users using the software at any one time. For instance if you have 10 PC's, you need 10 licenses. But if only 4 people on average use that software at the same time, then you will only need 4 licenses.

Backup Solutions
The major bugbear of anyone using a PC is data backup, and the constant need to change the tape or media every night.

We have devised a fully automated solution that will end those nightly rituals. This can be further complimented with having your backups safely copied and stored away from your office in the case of a local disaster. This is accomplished by our backup servers that remotely contact your office every night and make a backup of your backup. Simple.

Site to Site Wireless Connectivity
If your business is comprised of more than one site, we can link them all together wirelessly so that all your data and applications can be shared across the sites. Utilising this method, you will no longer need to pay for an internet connection at every office. Furthermore this technology does not require a monthly service fee to any of the Telco's. Once established, it's free!

A simple site survey will need to be made at each site so we can establish whether the signal will get through without obstruction. You can expect a distance of anywhere from 4 to 6 kilometers in typical conditions, and 15 to 20 kilometers in perfect conditions where there are no obstructions.

Video Surveillance Systems
This has always been an expensive option for anyone needing to monitor and record their shop/factory/office. And you always needed to change the tape. Not anymore.

We have solutions for you that no longer need video tapes. All information is stored digitally, with months of recorded footage available at your fingertips. You can even view your cameras from anywhere in the world, even your mobile phone or tablet computer, iPad, etc. The system can also be configured to notify you of any movement within your premises so you can login to view your cameras and confirm what is taking place. No more driving to the shop in your pyjamas at 3 in the morning!

We have tested many other products, and through our experience have put together the right combination of components for you. Depending on the cabling needs, a system with 2 cameras can be fully installed for under $1500, including all your setup and configuration. Nothing for you to do.
