Support Services
Providing effective service to small business is a challenge. Our support to you is built on understanding the changing dynamic needs of small business. We get that losing your email or internet is crucial. That accessing your documents and printers is vital. And we certainly get that you cannot afford to lose the ability to take orders or write invoices, or lose your retail POS systems altogether. All these things need to be acted on quickly, dynamically. It is one of our basic priciples - personal+dynamic. Your call to us will always be friendly, personable, and prompt. We can also log into your machine remotely then and there! (your internet connection will need to be working)

Support can be based on an "as needed" basis, or monthly managed support.

Website Design & Hosting

We have web designers on hand that can explain all you need to know about websites in plain english. They then create a site for you, to your exact specification. Be it a simple site to just get your information out there or a fully interactive site where customers can make enquiries or appointments. We can even create an on-line shop/ordering system whereby your customers can have the convenience of ordering on-line when it suits them, and you can cut down on your sales & enquiries costs.

If you already own a website, and your web designer is dealing with another company that deals with another company just to get the site hosted, talk to us. We can consolidate all your on-line systems, including email. We have servers that we own situated in a Melbourne Data Centre. We don't lease time or resources from any other company, or host your site in some random overseas location. We own the server, we have FULL control. This enables us to give you a personal service. If you are daunted by the words cpanel, plesk, php, sql, we have you covered.

We don't offer our hosting services to mass market retail. All hosting is personally set up for you and ready to go, and then maintained and modified to suit you. It is just another aspect of our 'personal+dynamic' principle.
